Video Studio is $97 USD/month for unlimited customized branded videos, uploads of photos or footage, and HQ 4K downloads. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Source media determines final quality. Ad campaigns and ad spend are not included in this subscription.

Managed campaign packages are alternative one-time purchases: $249 for a 10,000-view target, $399 for a 20,000-view target, or $1,497 for a 100,000-view target. Each covers one listing over 14 days and includes its video creation, ad spend, Facebook and Instagram management, lead generation, and dashboard reporting. No Video Studio subscription is required. Actual view delivery varies. Lead quality, inquiry volume, showings, offers, and sales are not guaranteed.

You can create and download videos without buying ads by choosing Video Studio. You can also choose a campaign without Video Studio when you want video creation and managed local distribution for one listing. Checkout does not bypass creative and platform review.
